The first class train ticket and seat was wonderfully comfortable. I was able to snooze a bit which was nice. Upon arriving in St. Petersburg, I had to deal with the thins known as Taxi drivers and negotiate my way to my hostel.

A Screw up of a day...
I cannot believe it but by being too lackadaisical I misread my train ticket. I tnought I was leaving at 1:30 pm from Moscow but that was my arrival time in St. Petersburg. I was told all this as I attempted to get on the train. I had to go to the ticket office where no one spoke English and get a later than without having to pay all over again. After about 45 minutes and with helpful people, I got my ticket to leave at 1:30.
